- With "IntroMaker" it's at last possible to make your own Intro screens that
- include your IFF pictures, digitized sounds and vertical and horizental
- scrolling messages.

- We have also included the programs "Startle" and "Introducer" on this disk
- as well as pictures and sounds that may be used with "Intromaker". These
- are in the `pictures' and `sounds' directories.

- Full instructions may be read by double clicking the appropiate icon.

- "View" will enable you to view the IFF picture before deciding if it's the
- right one for your Intro sequence.

- INTROMAKER INSTRUCTIONS
- -----------------------
- There are three main constituents to Intromaker.

- Startup-Sequence
- ----------------
- This is placed in the `s' directory.
- For example -
- titel (Calls program titel)
- echo "*N*e[1mIntroMaker*N*e[0m" (This line may be omitted)
- loadwb (Loads Workbench screen when
- endcli >nil: Intro finished)

- titel
- -----
- This program resides in your `c' directory. No changes are necessary.

- dc
- --
- In the `dc' directory there are four files -

- picture
- Your picture should be transferred to the dc directory and renamed `picture'

- sound
- Your sound file should be transferred to the dc directory and renamed
- `sound'

- vscroll
- This is the vertically scrolling message that is composed by using `Ed'.
- At the CLI prompt enter - CD DF1:dc <Rtn> (If you have a single drive
- system replace DF1: with the volume name)
- Ed vscroll <Rtn>
- Then compose your message.
- When finished press the ESC key and then x <Rtn>
- The message may be edited by repeating the above
